Caribbean Cruises

One of the best ways to see the many islands of the Caribbean is to take a cruise. With destinations such as Jamaica, Cuba and the Florida Keys, what is not to love about a Caribbean cruise?

It is possible to book a Caribbean cruise that is just 4 days long, or for a real all at sea experience you can book holidays that last longer than 2 weeks. There is certainly a cruise for every taste. Some of the cruises depart from ports in the Americas so those coming form Europe need to fly to their departure destination, some depart in Europe, take in some European ports before heading out to the open sea for several days, ending up in the Caribbean to spend several days touring various Islands.

It is important to remember that if you do not want to spend several days on end at sea then choosing a cruise that departs closer to your chosen destination is best, you will still have some time at sea when you go from port to port but but usually only a maximum of one full day at sea between the stops.

If you have the time then you can make it an extra long holiday, if your departure is in Miami for example, you can spend a few extra days there either before or after your cruise (or both) to enjoy all the Floridian hospitality. Cruising is one of the most relaxing ways to see the world, but having a few extra days to your holiday can only make it a little more special.

Taking a Caribbean cruise can be made better by ensuring you book a balcony suite. That way you can sit out and enjoy the stunning views of all that the Caribbean has to offer in the privacy of your own room.
